I am a second year university student at the University of Regina currently working for the summer outside of the city. This fall (August), my boyfriend (who is a working professional in the city) and I are hoping to move into our own space. Either a 1 bedroom apartment or 1 bedroom basement suite. We are both locals of Saskatchewan and have lived in the city for a few years now. We are fairly quiet, clean people and are not the partying type. Our price range is between $500.00 and $900.00 a month( hopefully including utilities). We are hoping for somewhere within manageable walking distance (or bus ride) of the university but are more than willing to look at any option available. In suite laundry would be a wonderful bonus but is not a requirement. Please contact me if any openings are available for the 1st of August.
